House Blend Cafe by Luxe Omni, 58 E Franklin St, Centerville, OH 45459. "We," "us," and "our" mean the cafe. You can reach us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Every order is subject to availability — if an item has sold out or we've closed for the day, we may cancel the order and refund it to your original payment method.

You choose the amount you pay. The recommended total covers the cost of your drinks; anything you add above that amount is a voluntary donation, not a payment for goods, and it is not refundable.

Ready-time estimates are estimates, not guarantees — during a rush your drink may take a little longer. Pickup orders can be scheduled for a time slot on a day we're open, and dine-in orders are brought to the seating area you choose, so please give us accurate seating information when you order.

Program name: House Blend Cafe Order Updates. Here is exactly how the program works.

• What we send: order updates only — usually one message when your order is ready, and occasionally a question about your order or a reply to a message you sent us.
• How you opt in: by entering your mobile number at checkout, reading the disclosure shown there, and placing your order. That is your consent to receive order text messages from House Blend Cafe at that number.
• Your number must be yours: by providing a mobile number you confirm you are the account holder for it (or have the account holder's permission), and that you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's permission).
• How often: message frequency varies — usually no more than 3 messages per order.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. We never charge you for the messages themselves.
• You are not required to receive texts: giving consent is not a condition of purchase and does not change the price you pay. You're welcome to order in person at the counter without giving us a mobile number, and if you'd rather not be texted, just tell us — we'll call your name when your order is ready.
• How to opt out at any time: reply STOP to any message. Nothing else is needed — the texts stop immediately, and you'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply START (or UNSTOP) if you'd like to receive them again later, or ask any staff member to remove your number.
• How to get help: reply HELP to any message and we'll help you directly, or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program works with most U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular.
• Your number stays yours: we never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
• Changes to the program: we may change or end the text message program at any time, including how often we send messages. We'll update these terms whenever we do.

Some of our baked goods are produced by home-based (cottage food) producers in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the health department. Items may contain or have come into contact with milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, or sesame. Menus change with the season, and an item's ingredients can change without notice — please ask us before ordering if you have an allergy.

Reservations are requests, subject to availability and to the room and party size you choose. We may need to move your party to a comparable seat when a room is full, and we may release your table if your party arrives well past your reserved time.

Contributions above the recommended price, along with cash donations, support our charity partner — the Centerville Noon Optimist Club — and children in need at Centerville schools. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. We publish anonymous totals and first names with the amount given on our donation leaderboard; if you'd prefer not to appear, tell us and we'll leave you off.

Our recipes, photos, menu text, blog articles, and social posts belong to us. You're welcome to share links to our site, but please don't copy our content or images for commercial use without asking.

Please order honestly and use our site, chat assistant, and text messages respectfully. We may refuse or cancel an order — and stop texting a number — if it's used to place fraudulent or prank orders, to send abusive or misleading messages, or to interfere with the site.

Our site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, in Montgomery County.

We may update these terms — for example when we change our menu, ordering, or text message program. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
