When we say net proceeds, we mean every penny beyond the cost of food, drinks, cups, and our barista. Everything else—rent, utilities, insurance, glassware, coffee gadgets and machines, etc—is covered by Christina and Luxe Omni through real estate sales commissions. In addition, our agents generously give their time for free to serve our customers and help with this effort. This is part of our commitment to ensure we are making a real difference in the community we live in, work in, and love.
